Colorado Crockers

We had a nice weekend, didn't really do much. We took my dad out on Sunday night (without kids!) for his 60th birthday. Here is a pic of the cake I made him, it turned out really cute. Elie found a worm. She named it "Susie Wormie". She loved it to death. Literally. She now wants to name the new baby Susie. Should I be worried? I asked what she would call the baby if it was a boy and she replied, some what exasperatedly "Mama, the baby can't be a boy, Susie is a GIRLS name!". Duh.

Yes, I know, Addilyn has been one for about 6 weeks now. I was waiting until she was willing to stand by herself. Well, she is able to stand, she is just unwilling. Then she had a cold and no one want pictures of a baby with boogers all over her face, it just isn't cute. So she is now healthy and I decided to go for it! They took over 100 pictures, I would guess that over half of them she is crawling away or trying to climb on top of whatever she is next to. Regardless , here are some of my favorites.

Welcome to my new blog! After having some problems with MSN , I decided to give in to peer pressure and have a blogger account. So, everyone who reads this, take this moment to add this to your favorites and delete the other one. The nice thing about this is it has video support. Here is some exciting footage of Addie, who just figured out how to roll! She is also grabbing things, giggling, and babbling up a storm. This age is fun, so much more than the whole newborn thing. I wish Matt was home to see this, but I guess he will just have to live it through the video. Matt is in Palm Springs this week. He left on Thursday and gets back on Thursday. He will be home until Sunday when he leaves for Hawaii. As my buddy Jen pointed out, this was the trip I went with him on last year when I told him we were prego! I have a few cute pics of the girls, I just found them matching PJ's and thought it was really cute. Now I know why my mom used to dress us girls alike, its fun and they are to...
